Tanamera Construction, LLC has contracted with an out of state company to build a new high-end luxury multi-family community. SyRES Reno will be located on the corner of Longley Lane and South Virginia Street. The 330-unit project will include studios, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units with attached and detached garages. The elaborate smart technology clubhouse and leasing center will include both business and gathering spaces, a community pool and spa and a state-of-the-art fitness facility. Construction is anticipated to start in late Spring of 2020.
