Tanamera is currently one of the larger construction companies in northern Nevada, with expanding projects in California through its affiliate. As of April 2018, Tanamera’s principals together have managed the construction (or currently have under construction and in planning) of over 2,300,000 square feet of commercial space including the construction of high-end retail space, 826,000 class “A” office space, medical office space, hotel space, industrial R&D space and infrastructure for over 300 acres of master planned business and retail projects. On the residential side, Tanamera has built close to 3,000 apartment units and over 2,700 single family and custom homes, including a 3,000 home master planned community.

Tanamera specializes in master planned developments and higher end residential and commercial projects in the greater northern Nevada region.
